Refund Policy

Bridal MD is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the wedding day or the client’s ability to receive services, including but not limited to illness, venue changes, scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with personal style preferences after services are rendered. Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control or for results that differ from client expectations when the agreed-upon services have been provided in full.

By booking services with Bridal MD and submitting the required deposit, the client acknowledges acceptance of this Refund Policy and agrees to all terms stated herein. This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice; however, any policy in effect at the time of booking will remain applicable to that contracted event.

At Bridal MD, we take great pride in providing exceptional bridal hair and makeup services. Because our wedding dates book far in advance and we reserve your appointment exclusively for you, the following refund policies apply to all bookings:

Non-Refundable Deposit

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. This deposit is applied toward your final balance and is non-refundable under all circumstances, except in cases where Bridal MD must cancel (see below).

Cancellation by Client

• Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the wedding date will result in:

  • Forfeiture of your deposit

  • A charge of 50% of all services listed and agreed upon in your signed contract

• Cancellations made more than 45 days prior may forfeit the deposit but will not incur additional service fees.

Cancellation by Bridal MD

In the unlikely event Bridal MD must cancel your services due to emergency circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Stylist illness

• Extreme weather

• Dangerous road conditions

• Any circumstance making it unsafe or impossible for our team to perform services

You will receive:

• A full refund of your deposit

• A full refund of any trial run payments
  No additional compensation will be provided.

Minimum Service Requirement

A minimum of three (3) services or $450 in total services is required for on-site bridal bookings. If the final number of services falls below this minimum, the client will still be responsible for paying the minimum service amount.
